Q: Is there a parking lot?
When using our parking lot
Only 2 units are possible and will be first come first served basis. Please note that parking cannot be secured in advance. Parking hours and charges at the hotel
Check-in (14:00)-Check-out (11:00 the following day): Free
After hours: An additional charge of ¥ 600 / hour occurs When the hotel parking lot is full

* If you use the Utsubo municipal parking lot
For hotel guests, a discounted parking ticket is available at the front desk for 1 night (parking is possible until 23:00 the next day) for 2000 yen.
* Since this parking discount ticket can be used only once, a separate fee will be charged for the next entry / exit.

Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-in?
We will keep it at the front desk. Also, valuables will be kept at the front desk, so please let us know that there are valuables when you leave.

Q: Can I send Takkyubin to the hotel in advance?
If you send us your planned date of stay and the name of the guest, you can leave it at the front desk. Please understand that we cannot accept cash on delivery Takkyubin.

Q: What if I am late for the scheduled check-in time?
In that case, please be sure to contact us by your estimated arrival time. If you do not contact us after the scheduled check-in time, we may cancel your reservation depending on the situation. Please understand.

Q: When should I pay for accommodation?
Since it is a prepaid system, please pay at check-in.

Q: Can I use a credit card?
The following credit cards can be used.
VISA, JCB, MasterCard, UC, DC, Million Card, Diner's Club, AmericanExpress, Saison, AEON, BANK Card

Q: Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. 24 hours access is possible.

Q: Is it okay to put a visitor in the room?
We are not allowed to meet in the room. Please in the lobby on the 1st floor.

Q: Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a 7-Eleven next to the hotel. In addition, please use as there is a gourmet map around the reception. The reception staff will be happy to recommend restaurants including the restaurant “Dazai” on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Q: Can a computer be used in the guest room?
Wi-Fi is installed throughout the building, and LAN cables are also available. There is also a free-use computer in the lobby.

Q: Can I eat breakfast at the hotel?
Japanese and Western buffets are available at the 2F breakfast venue.
