◎ Accommodation

Q: Can I leave my luggage before and after check-in?
We will keep it at the front desk. Also, valuables can be stored at the front desk
Please tell us that you have valuables when you check in.


Q: What if I am late for the scheduled check-in time?
In that case, please contact us by the estimated time of arrival.
If you do not contact us after the scheduled check-in time, we may cancel your reservation depending on the situation.
Please acknowledge it.


Q: When should I pay for accommodation?
Please note that payment is required at the time of check-in as we have a deposit system.


Q: Can I use a credit card?
The following credit cards can be used.
VISA, JCB, MasterCard, UC, DC, Million Card, Diner's Club, American Express, Saison, AEON, BANK Card


Q: Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. You can come in and out for 24 hours.


Q: Can I bring guests to my room?
Visits in guest rooms are not allowed. Please meet your visitors at the first floor lobby.


Q: Can I use a PC in my room?
The entire building has Wi-Fi, and LAN cables are available.
There is also a personal computer that can be used free of charge in the lobby.


Q: Can I eat breakfast at the hotel?
You can have a Japanese and Western buffet at the breakfast venue, 2nd floor.


Q: Is there any convenience store and restaurant nearby?
There is Seven Eleven, convenience store  next to our hotel. In addition, we have the surrounding gourmet map at the front desk. Please feel free to use it.
The reception staff will guide you recommended restaurants, including the restaurant "Taiko" on the second floor of our hotel.

Q: Is there a parking lot?
Notice to our parking lot
Only 2 units are available, and will be on a first come first served basis. Please note that we cannot secure a parking lot in advance.

Time and price of parking at the hotel
Check-in (14:00)-Check-out (11:00): Free
After hours: additional charge of 600 yen / hour


Q: Where should I park when the hotel parking lot is full?
When our hotel parking lot is full
We show you nearby coin parking or Utsubo municipal parking.
* Fees will be borne by the guests
A discounted parking ticket is available for 1 night at the front desk (can be parked until 23:00 the next day) for 2000 yen .
* The use of this parking discount ticket is limited to one time, so if you leave the parking lot, a separate fee will be charged the next time you enter and leave the parking lot.

◎ About receipt and delivery of luggage

Q: Can I send a courier service to the hotel in advance?
Please send a package to hotel with the specification of your check-in date and name of guest.
We will keep it at the front desk.
Please note that cash on delivery courier service cannot be received.

Q: Can I send luggage from the hotel?
It is possible.

◎For sendong packages from the hotel to various places     [Yamato Transport] * Domestic only
・ Payment method: COD or advance payment
・ Delivery box for sale: 10 size (190 yen) 12 size (230 yen)

◎ For sending from the hotel to Kansai International Airport [KDS (Kansai International Airport Luggage Delivery Service)]
・ Payment method: Settled at the airport at the time of baggage collection
・ 2,500 yen per 1 item (up to 25kg)
・ We accept at the front desk until 11:00 on the day of the flight.
* Luggage will be picked up after 15:00 and may not be accepted depending on the flight time.
